    DeMario Bell is the founder of Gatherful — a speaker, facilitator, and community builder who helps organizations turn connection into strategy. With a background in community, employee experience, and storytelling, DeMario works with teams to build cultures rooted in belonging, care, and clarity. His approach blends heart and structure, helping people-centered organizations move from intention to impact.

    As Chief of Staff, Misaki (they/them) brings clarity, coordination, and calm to everything we do. They keep Gatherful running smoothly behind the scenes — managing operations, streamlining projects, and making sure we stay grounded in our values as we grow. Misaki is the connective tissue that holds our work together.

    As Social & Brand Lead, Nadeje brings Gatherful’s voice to life across every platform. She leads our social strategy and content with creativity, clarity, and care, helping us show up in ways that feel aligned, human, and impactful. Her work keeps our community informed, inspired, and engaged.
